What’s the Grange?

The Grange is a non-profit organization that supports family values, community service & local issues.


Do I have to be a farmer to be a Grange member?

NO!  Anyone can be a member. 


What’s the Junior Grange?

Junior Grange is a special part of the Grange organization that is just for kids 5-14 years old.


Is Grange still around?

Absolutely!  There are more than 1,500 Grange members in Berks County, PA alone.  14,000 members in PA and 300,000 nationwide.


How can I become  a member?

Simply fill out a membership form and submit it to the Grange of  your choice.  If you need assistance in choosing a Grange nearest you, contact Nettie Kauffman, (610) 926-5389.


How much are dues?

Annual dues differ at each Community Grange.  Most dues are around $30 per year per person.
