Ontelaunee Grange #1617 was organized in April 1914 and officially chartered on April 18, 1914. This meeting took place on the third floor over the Leesport Post Office, in what was known as Mogel's Lodge Hall in the village of Leesport, Ontelaunee Township; hence the name of Ontelaunee Grange.

Ontelaunee Community Grange today is located in a former schoolhouse which has been remodeled and expanded to include a very nice meeting room and kitchen facilities. The building is located on Grange and White Oak Lanes in Bern Township. The building is in the center of the county and it is used quite often by the county Granges for various meetings and activities throughout the year.
